tendrán visiones los jóvenes
y sueños los ancianos. En esos días derramaré mi Espíritu
aun sobre mis *siervos y mis siervas,
y profetizarán. Arriba en el cielo y abajo en la tierra mostraré prodigios…”»

El Espíritu Santo está haciendo una obra sorprendente en Asia. De los diez países donde más rápido está creciendo el cristianismo, todos son de Asia, es específico Asia del Pacífico y países árabes (según el reporte de "Disciple All Nations"). Sin embargo, Asia también es el primero en persecución a cristianos junto con África (según Rome Reports). Por esta razón, he decidido que sea el primer continente por el que intercedamos hoy, aprovechando el primer día de nuestra última semana de ayuno y consagración. Pedimos que Dios provoque un despertar en cada corazón a la verdad de Jesucristo y que los corazones de piedra sean transformados en corazones de carne mediante el poder del amor de Dios.
He aquí cuatro vídeos que muestran algunas de las cosas que están sucediendo en el cuerpo de Cristo del área de Asia.
El primero es un poco largo y explícito. Se trata de la persecución violenta que sufren los cristianos en India, siendo relatado por un ministro de Cristo de esa área quien pide nuestra oración.
El segundo es el sorprendente y esperanzador relato de cómo funcionan las iglesia clandestinas en países arábicos como Irán.
El tercero (está inglés, ya que no está disponible con subtítulos al español), muestra un raro pietaje de iglesias clandestinas en China, que se reúnen a escondidas en cuevas para adorar a Dios sin ser descubiertos. Un dato importante en este vídeo es que cuando alguien viene a predicarles, pueden estar varios días ininterrumpidos escuchando la palabra de Dios, ya que no les es permitido tener Biblias en esa región.
El último vídeo es mi favorito de todos. Está a cargo de uno de los ministerios internacionales de más unción y pasión por las almas la presente generación, Andrés Bisonni Ministries. Éste muestra un recuento de un derramamiento del Espíritu Santo en Seoul, Korea, que se encuentra a menos de cien kilómetros de la frontera de Korea del Norte, el país de mayor persecución al cristianismo en el mundo.
El espíritu Santo está haciendo una obra sorprendente en Asia. Hoy oramos para que continúe con libertad, crecimiento y avivamiento en Asia.
Oración del Día:
"Amado Dios grande, santo y bueno, nos ponemos en brecha de intercesión hoy por los países de Asia. Pedimos por Tus hijos de ese continente, en especial en los países donde más reprimen la libertad religiosa de los cristianos como: Korea del Norte, China, India, Irán, Irak, Afganistán, Yemen, Syria, Arabia Saudita, Maldivas, Oman, Pakistán, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Laos y Vietnam. Atamos a apatía religiosa y los espíritus asesinos y torturadores de los hijos de Dios y desatamos Tu paz, protección y sustento. Desatamos sobre ellos la promesa del Salmos 34:7:"el ángel de Jehová acampa alrededor de los que le temen y los defiende", y de Deuteronomio 28:7: "El Señor hará que los enemigos que se levantan contra ti sean derrotados delante de ti; saldrán contra ti por un camino y huirán delante de ti por siete caminos." En el nombre de Jesús ponemos a cada uno de nuestros hermanos de Asia en tus manos y les sostenemos con nuestra oración hoy, Amen."

The Holy Spirit is doing awesome works in Asia. Of the ten countries where christianity is growing the most and the fastest, all are in Asia, specifically Pacific Asia and the arabic countries (according to the "Disciple All Nations" report). However, Asia is also the first on the list of Christian persecution together with Africa (according to Rome Reports). This is why I have chosen Asia to be the first continent that we pray for on our last week of fasting together. We ask that God provokes every heart awakens to the truth of Jesus Christ and that hearts of stone be transformed to flesh again by the power of God's love.
Below are four videos that I'd like to share with you today. They show some of the things that are happening in the body of Christ of Asia.

The first is a bit long and explicit. It shows a minister of India telling of what great and violent persecution the christians of India suffer, and asks for our prayers.
The second shows the shocking and hope-filling story of how clandestine churches work in arabic country, Iran.
The third shows rare footage of underground churches in China, which meet in secret, hidden in caves to avoid being caught worshiping God.
The last one, and my favorite, shows some of the ministry work held by Andres Bisonni Ministries in Seoul, Korea, located less than 50 miles from the borde of North Korea, the country with the greatest persecution to Christians in the world.
The Holy Spirit is doing awesome works in Asia. Today we pray that He continues to free the Asian people, make the Church gro, and pout out revival in Asia.
Today's Prayer:
"My beloved, great, holy, and good God, we stand in the gap interceding for the countries of Asia. We ask for Your children in that continent, especially those in the countries where Christians' religious liberty is most repressed, such as: North Korea, China, India, Irán, Irak, Afganistán, Yemen, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Maldivas, Oman, Pakistán, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam. We bind the spirit of religious apathy, murder, and torture of Your people. We unbind Your peace, protection and sustain. We release over them the promises of Psalm 34:7: "The Angel of the Lord encamps all who fear Him, and delivers them," and Deuteronomy 28:7: "The Lord with cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways." In the name of Jesus we put each and every one of our brothers and sisters of Asia in your hands, and we lift them up in prayer today, Amen."
